I continue to be pleasantly surprised by this series.
In this episode, the beloved Kissui Inn receives an average score in the local hot spring guide. Ohana-chan is outraged, and believes that they are deserving of so much more. She travels back to the city to track down whoever gave the Inn a crappy review, only to find out that it was her mother.

Ohana's bitch of a mother has never been to Kissui Inn, and only wrote it because someone higher up in the company had told her to do so. Ohana has an emotional outpour, breaks down in tears and confesses to her mother that the only reason she had put up with her shit parenting skills was for that damned job of hers, which, as it turns out, isn't so great.

Determined to change her mother's mind, Ohana asks her to come back with her to Kissui Inn, so that she can see how suteki it is and give it a better rating. Of course her mother says hell to the no (not really), despite Ohana's literal protests.
While Ohana is making signs for her protest at Wcdonald's, she decides to text Kou-chan and see where he is. Eventually he tell hers that he is working at a bookstore in Ikebukuro. Seeing as it's only one stop away from where she is, Ohana gets her stalk on, only to find out that Kou-chan is getting cosy with some other hoe. Her cover is blown.

Kou-chan being the sweetheart that he is, leaves his work and follows her back to her mother's work. They stop at a cafe and have a semi heart to heart. She finds out that the hoe back at the bookstore is a girl who had confessed to Kou-chan. He'd told her that he wasn't interested but she said she'd wait for him (omg what a stupid hoe). Ohana gets all fired up and tell him that it isn't right for him to not give her a proper answer..until she realises that she had done the same thing to him when he had confessed to her =_=

Ohana's feelings are all screwed up and she knows that the one thing she doesnt want to see anymore is Kou-chan's back, walking away from her. And so she decides to walk away from him first. Cue rain, seedy guys in car trying to pick her up and you have the intense dangerous situation where the climax is someone coming to rescue her, knight-in-shining-armour style. They turn out to be Minchi and whathisface (the young chef guy who likes Ohana). In this scene she screams out "HELP ME KOU-CHAN!!!!" then bumps her face into a pole, made me lol.
